• 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management preferably in construction, infrastructure or renewable energy sectors.  

• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

• Previous experience with government projects, particularly BADC, PWD, BPDB, LGED is a plus.

• Experience in handling solar energy projects or similar technical installations is highly desirable.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.      

• Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain management software.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Fluency in both English and Bengali is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Executive /Sr. Executive (Supply Chain Management) to join our team engaged in various large-scale government projects. These include works with BADC, PWD, BPDB, LGED and other related entities. The focus will be on construction, LLP, dug well projects, solar pumps, and solar energy solutions. In this role, you must manage the supply chain functions, ensuring smooth procurement, logistics, inventory management, and timely delivery of materials related to both construction and renewable energy projects.

Job Responsibilities:

·Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery of materials and equipment for construction and solar energy projects.

·Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality control.

·Manage logistics and transportation for materials used in dug well, solar pump, and solar energy projects.

·Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all project sites are well-equipped.

·Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including PWD, BPDB, BADC, LGED and other government and private entities.

·Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.

·Identify cost-effective suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for materials and services.
