Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertise of Candidate of recent 3 years should include nit picks of various laws; Rules and Regulations, updated SROs, and Notifications relating to Tax/ VAT/Company/ Securities/ Labour/ Motor Vehicles/ Customs/Joint Venture/Foreign Exchange Control/BIDA/Economic Zone Authority/ IFRS/ BFRS/CIB Credit Rating / Bailout Program; Cristization of Transaction; Pouroshoba / City Corporation issues relating to Trade; RAJUK; Registration; Criminal/ Civil; NI Act etc.
∎ Capability of articulating difference between Appeal and WRIT Jurisdiction. Question of Law and Question of fact of disputes; Operating Lease and Finance Lease; Deed poll and Indentures; Hypothecation and Pledge; Fixed Charge and Floating Charge; Directory and Obligatory; Salary and Perquisites; Condition and Warranty.
∎ Drafting Appeal /Petition/ Affidavit in opposition; with Reference to publish decisions of Court on various types of disputes.
