Responsibilities & Context:

1. Coordinate with clients, particularly government organizations such as BPDB, regarding project requirements, documentation, and execution.

2. Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in compliance with technical and commercial requirements.

3. Liaise with local and international suppliers/manufacturers to obtain quotations, technical specifications, and necessary certifications.

4. Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and compliance with contract terms.

5. Assist in procurement activities including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and order placement.

6. Maintain proper documentation of contracts, correspondence, and project records.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies, tender guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

8. Support project managers in turnkey project execution, including coordination with engineering and site teams.

9. Handle communication with banks, clients, and partners related to payments, LC (Letter of Credit), and financial documentation when required.
