• Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, panel boards, VFD, PLC, sensors and control systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot and handle breakdowns efficiently.

• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and problem-solving skills.

• Must be willing to work in shifts.

• Ensure day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of all electrical machinery, production lines, equipment and utilities within the factory.

• Supervise and maintain production line equipment, packaging line, motors, control panels, conveyors, generators, sub-station, PLC and automation systems.

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults/breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.

• Prepare and implement Preventive & Predictive Maintenance plans.

• Maintain all maintenance logs, checklists, service records and daily reports.

• Ensure compliance with Electrical Safety, Lock-out/Tag-out, Fire Safety and other safety standards.

• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.

• Prepare reports on power consumption, load management and energy optimization.

• Any task assigned by the management from time to time.
