• Additional training in AutoCAD, construction management or estimation will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, methods and site supervision.

• Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ preparation, estimation and reporting.

• Good communication skills, responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to manage multiple site activities and maintain proper documentation.

• Must be willing to work in factory environment and perform field supervision.

• Supervise and monitor all civil construction, repair, renovation and maintenance work within the factory premises.

• Assist in building new structures, boundary walls, drainage systems, internal roads, warehouse maintenance and utility support facilities.

• Ensure proper implementation of architectural and structural drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.

• Monitor daily site activities, ensure quality workmanship and verify work progress as per schedule.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers and internal departments for smooth workflow.

• Prepare and maintain site measurement sheets, work progress reports, material consumption records and project documentation.

• Inspect materials to ensure quality as per standards before approval for site use.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, compliance standards and company policies during construction work.

• Provide technical support for factory maintenance, civil repairs and preventive maintenance activities.

• Identify site issues, propose solutions and support management in decision making.

• Any task assigned by the management from time to time.
