Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD (plans, elevations, sections, details).
- Prepare 3D models using SketchUp for design development and client presentation (must).
- Revise drawings and 3D models as per senior architect instructions.
- Visit construction sites to monitor work progress as per drawings.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and foremen.
- Assist in supervision of interior and finishing works.
- Support preparation of working drawings and as-built drawings.
- Assist in measurement taking and quantity calculation.
- Maintain drawing files, revisions, and project documentation.
