Experience:

• 1 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Prepare structural design and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings in compliance with BNBC and relevant international codes (ACI, AISC, Eurocode where applicable).

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures using software such as ETABS.

• Design foundations (isolated, combined, raft, pile) based on geotechnical investigation reports.

• Prepare and check working drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and design calculations.

• Coordinate with architectural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical teams to ensure integrated and clash-free designs.

• Review architectural drawings and provide structural feasibility and optimization solutions.

• Prepare design reports, calculation notes, and documents required for authority approval.

• Provide design support during construction, including responding to RFIs and design clarifications.

• Conduct design reviews and ensure quality control of drawings before submission.

• Assist in cost optimization and material efficiency without compromising safety and code compliance.

• Participate in site visits when required to resolve design-related issues and ensure implementation as per approved drawings.

• Maintain proper documentation and version control of all design deliverables.
