∎ Strong background in IFS implementation and integration, with hands-on experience in configuring and customizing IFS solutions.
∎ Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
∎ PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities. Demonstrated ability to drive results and deliver projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage end-to-end project implementation, from initiation to closure, ensuring that all project objectives are met within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, analysts, and third-party vendors, to gather requirements, define project deliverables, and develop project plans.
∎ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring that all activities are executed according to plan and within budgetary constraints.
∎ Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery, implementing effective risk management strategies to minimize disruptions.
∎ Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including milestones achieved, risks identified, and deviations from the plan.
∎ Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, including data security and privacy regulations.
∎ As individual contributor, provide leadership and guidance to project team members, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
∎ Background:
∎ Singer Bangladesh is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for it’s Digital Transformation Program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects in the retail sector, with a strong background in IFS implementation and integration. Experience with SAP is considered a plus.
