Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an innovative and tech-driven Digital Transformation Officer to lead system automation, process digitization, and technology integration across our diversified business units. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning digital initiatives with organizational goals, improving efficiency, and driving innovation through smart technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee digital transformation strategies across different departments and business units.
Identify operational gaps and propose technology-based solutions for automation and optimization.
Coordinate with ICT, HR, Finance & Accounts, Sales & Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Lead implementation of ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise systems.
Evaluate and recommend digital tools, software, and workflow systems for business improvement.
Ensure data security, compliance, and digital governance best practices.
Train employees and support teams to adapt to new digital systems and processes.
Monitor KPIs and report on the impact of digital initiatives to management.
