Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an ambitious, hard- working, self-motivated, career oriented Digital Marketing Specialist and must have good command in English (Competent score in IELTS/ PTE/TOEFL is preferable but not mandatory).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research advertising trends
∎ Research competitors pricing and products
∎ Decide on appropriate placement of ads
∎ Run Daily Basis Ads in Different Social Platforms
∎ Determine what content will reach customers
∎ Develop projects to create content
∎ Publish digital marketing content online
∎ Implement email marketing campaigns
∎ Measure digital traffic
∎ Monitor social media (FB, LinkIn, Tiktok, Youtube, Insta) and Google Analytics
∎ Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
∎ Create and manage link-building strategies, and content marketing strategies.
∎ Solid understanding of web metrics, and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
∎ Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
∎ Monitor project status and budget
∎ Conduct market research to inform campaigns
∎ Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion test
∎ Must know Wordpress, PHP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript and MySQL, Oracle, Database and Website Design.
∎ Manage and maintain the organization's website(s).
∎ Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion.
∎ Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
∎ Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services
∎ Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Frame maker, Dream Weaver
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Candidates who have Digital/Online marketing courses will get more priority.
