∎ Bachelor/Honors, Diploma, Higher Secondary in any discipline
∎ Must have completed professional SEO training from any recognized local or online institute (e.g., Creative IT, CodersTrust, Shikhbe Shobai, Outsourcing Institute, etc.).
∎ Must provide a valid certificate or training completion document.

∎ In addition, the candidate must have real-world work experience by completing at least 3–5 SEO-related jobs through online marketplaces such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
∎ Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.
∎ Optimize website content, metadata, URL structure, internal linking, and schema markup.
∎ Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
∎ Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.
∎ Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawl errors, indexing issues, site speed, mobile usability, etc.).
∎ Build and execute backlink outreach strategies to increase domain authority.
∎ Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry practices.
∎ Conduct regular SEO audits and present actionable insights and reports.
∎ Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in web projects.
∎ Job Context: We are looking for an experienced and data-driven SEO Manager to lead our organic growth strategy. This role is critical in enhancing our online visibility, increasing website traffic, and improving our search engine rankings across all major platforms. You will work closely with the content, development, and marketing teams to ensure all digital assets are optimized for SEO performance.
