Job Responsibilities:
∎ "Ownership" of marketing efforts.
∎ Planning and executing marketing strategies.
∎ Managing digital marketers and mentoring teammates.
∎ Working/Collaborating with multiple teams such as support, development, and design.
∎ Create strategies for, plan, and execute all digital marketing campaigns. Includes E-mail Marketing, SMM, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
∎ Plan, implement, and control proof of concepts through digital media marketing KPIs and Metrics and conduct Performance Marketing.
∎ Identify changes in marketing trends and optimize resources accordingly.
∎ Ideate and brainstorm for new growth strategies.
∎ Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness
∎ Evaluate customer experience across digital media channels and customer touchpoints.
∎ Provide thought leadership and novelty perspective for scaling up the game.
∎ Own and deliver the monthly and annual P&L growth target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in a related field.
∎ Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Digital Marketing marketing tools and techniques.
∎ At least 5 years of industry experience working in marketing for software as a service company, digital marketing agency, or relevant field.
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in managing people.
∎ Strong understanding and experience in Email Marketing.

∎ 8-hour shift (9 AM - 5 PM), Weekend: Friday, Saturday
