  1. Agency Experience – Previous work in a digital marketing agency will be given extra priority.

  2. Leadership Ability – Proven experience in leading or managing a digital marketing team/agency.

  3. Strategic Planning – Strong ability to create, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

  4. Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bangla, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.

  5. Smart & Proactive Personality – Self-motivated, sharp-minded, and able to take initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.

  6. Client Management – Ability to maintain strong client relationships, handle negotiations, and ensure client satisfaction.

  7. Technical Knowledge – Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Analytics tools.

  8. Creative Thinking – Capable of developing innovative campaigns, unique content strategies, and engaging marketing solutions.

  9. Analytical Skills – Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

  10. Team Collaboration – Ability to train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve agency goals.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies for clients and the agency.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, and email marketing activities.
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the work of creative, content, and technical teams.
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Identify market trends, new opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by presenting strategies and campaign insights.
  • Contribute to building and strengthening the agency’s brand identity.
