Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Digital marketing or related to Journalism and Mass Communication are preferable.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Digital Marketing,Journelism
∎ Skills Required: 3D Studio, Photoshop
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute all digital marketing, including Facebook posting, post boosting, responding, SEM/ SEO, Social Media Instagram, Snap chat, Twitter, YouTube, and Web advert such as Google add, E-mail marketing, good graphics design knowledge, Photoshop & Illustrator, create necessary marketing database by online & field research.
∎ Keyword Analysis and content Writing for Websites, Wikipedia, Blogs and Social Platform such as Face book, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest etc.
∎ Plan and execute all the digital marketing campaign as per company need.
∎ Launch Optimized Digital Campaigns through Google Ad words, Social Media, Blog, Website & email etc. to increase company and brand awareness and lead generation.
∎ Implementing and Managing company's social media accounts.
∎ Managing all digital assets like Domain & Hosting, App, Payment accounts.
∎ Managing eCommerce operation like online sales, online campaign & managing payment portal.
∎ Managing all online query or receive phone calls as customer support.
∎ Conduction routine tasks assigned by the management and providing feedback to the management as per company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Photographer/Visualizer will get advantage.
∎ Expertise in Adobe suite or any video/image editing tools will add advantage.
∎ People with job experience in digital marketing agencies will be given preference.
∎ Certification in digital marketing online courses is a must.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be self-motivated, dynamic, energetic and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Having good moral/human character. S/he should have "can to attitude", kind & empathetic, 'eager to learn - eager to teach', energetic, passionate to work.
∎ Be a team player and able to adjust priorities in accordance with team needs.
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills.
