Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
∎ Diploma in Photography-Videography or related to Journalism and Mass Communication are preferable.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Photography,Vidiography
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Photography, Videography
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate a variety of camera and related technical equipment.
∎ Capture professional quality photographs and video.
∎ Plan and execute video editing systems.
∎ Expertise in Adobe Premiere, After effects, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Lightroom or other video/image editing tools
∎ Must have innovative & aesthetic sense, capable of making creative digital content & familiar with the latest video editing trends.
∎ Expertise to develop and disseminate audio-visual content for the website and new media
∎ Making creative visual for all sort of digital media.
∎ Develop and design innovative concepts
∎ Maintain archive of images, photos or previous works; maintain records, documents, or other files.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-year(s) work experience as a freelancer
∎ Photographer will get advantage
∎ Training in the related field
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English
∎ Must be self-motivated, dynamic, energetic and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Having good moral/human character. S/he should have "can to attitude", kind & empathetic, 'eager to learn - eager to teach', energetic, passionate to work.
∎ Be a team player and able to adjust priorities in accordance with team needs.
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills.
