∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
∎ Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
∎ Collect customer's feedback.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Make Report to Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Good Internet Browsing Experience. Expert on face book using
∎ Excellent Communication & Basic English Skill.
∎ The candidate should be honest, smart, energetic, active and confident.
