Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Fine Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
Job Context:
∎ WellDev is a software development company that caters to international clients. Headquartered in Switzerland with 4 global offices, we provide software solutions using industry-leading technologies. We are looking for a Digital Marketer at our Bangladesh hub who will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of B2B digital marketing campaigns.
∎ The Digital Marketer will collaborate with leadership personnel & oversee the creative team to execute WellDev`s holistic marketing strategy. This high-impact role requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, creative & analytical expertise who can achieve goals aligned with our business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and manage all online & offline marketing programs (internal/external branding, social media, websites, email marketing, digital campaigns, webinars, SEM, SEO).
∎ Possess working knowledge of display advertising using Google Ads.
∎ Lead the creative team & ensure consistency in all communications and marketing materials.
∎ Have the creative expertise to guide video content production for software marketing.
∎ Have the strategic ability to develop B2B content using creative ideas.
∎ Write long-form text content such as client case studies, whitepapers, reports, etc.
∎ Monitor social media & maintain a quarterly calendar.
∎ Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on all B2B marketing initiatives.
∎ Stay updated with current trends for emerging technologies & new growth strategies.
∎ Able to handle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years of work experience in digital marketing (required); a minimum of 1 year of B2B marketing experience.
∎ Candidates with Software/ Technology industry experience will get preference.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (required).
∎ Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
∎ Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions.
∎ Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
∎ Exceptional organizational and management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Salary:
∎ Monthly package range: BDT 50,000 - 60,000 (based on experience).
