Responsibilities & Context:

• Conduct accurate digital land surveys for boundary demarcation, topography, and area measurement using Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and other modern survey equipment.

• Prepare, digitize, and finalize cadastral maps, layout plans, and survey drawings using AutoCAD, GIS, and related software.

• Verify physical land conditions by correlating field survey data with Khatian, Dag, and CS/SA/RS maps to identify inconsistencies or encroachments.

• Provide technical survey reports and verification support to land acquisition and legal teams for informed decision-making.

• Coordinate with government land survey offices and registration authorities for map verification, mutation support, and updated record integration.

• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and secure handling of all survey instruments and digital data.

• Maintain a structured digital archive of survey maps, field data, reports, and logs with version control and traceability.

• Assist in land development planning by preparing measurements, BoQs, and technical inputs for boundary walls, access roads, and site layouts.

• Guide and supervise junior surveyors and field assistants, ensuring adherence to safety standards, survey accuracy, and organizational SOPs.

• Ensure compliance with national land survey standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies during all field and office operations.
