Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Weaving
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabrics, Textile (Weaving Factory)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for Planning, coordinating, organizing and controlling of the total weaving section.
∎ Maintain Target production as per Management Instruction
∎ Deliver on time with acceptable quality
∎ Prepares loom change instructions indicating changes in loom shedding, picking, beating-up, warp let-off, and cloth take-up motions according to weaving design
∎ Production follow -up as per PPC Plan
∎ Maintaining record as per SOP
∎ Supervises and coordinates activities of all employees /worker engaged in weaving department.
∎ Reporting such as; Maintain machine wise spare consumption report,
∎ MIS report like Breakdown of Machines, training report, consumption report etc.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 Years weaving related experience as AGM/DGM in reputed Textile Weaving Factory/Unit.
∎ In-depth knowledge of weaving Operation.
∎ Must be able to work independently and take new challnges
∎ Must be experienced in Air-Jet loom
∎ Must have experience in managing 150+ looms
∎ Must be Specialized in producing thin fabrics
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Must be enthusiastic, dedicated, punctual, truthful, and hardworking.
∎ Should have good managerial competency and supervising skill.
∎ Must be loyal, self-motivated and result oriented.
∎ Must have decision making & Leadership capability.
∎ Very Good Computer Literacy
