• Animal Husbandry / Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

• Master’s in any discipline / MBA

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Fisheries, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery, Dairy

• Age At least 42 years
• Only Male

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales targets.

• Analyze market trends and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

• Oversee and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

• Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and guide the sales team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and direct clients.

• Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Identify new markets and customer segments to expand the business.

• Lead promotional activities, product launches, and brand positioning efforts.

• Provide feedback on customer needs, market demand, and product performance.

• Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and market analyses to the management.

• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
