Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for all the factories in alignment with overall organizational goals and objectives.
∎ Set clear goals and objectives for all the factories and ensure that they are communicated effectively throughout the organization.
∎ Ensure all day-to-day operations of the factories, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics are going smoothly.
∎ Develop and implement operational policies and SOPs to improve efficiency and productivity.
∎ Provide strong leadership to the factory staff, including department managers and supervisors.
∎ Develop and manage the factory budget, including expenses, capital investments, and revenue targets.
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining quality and efficiency.
∎ Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure that products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the factory's performance and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Maintain a safe working environment for all factory employees by implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to ensure that the factory remains competitive.
