Strong retired personnel from Bangladesh Army.
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with computers, especially in MS Office Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Required to maintain liaison with law enforcement agencies, FSCD, DIFE, RAB, TITAS Gas, REB, PDB etc.
Liaison local administration and statutory agencies for permits, licenses and circumstantial collaboration purposes.
To ensure safety and security of inside & outside of the Factory.
Identify probable Security threat & risk in the establishment to safe life and assets.
Provide required regular training & counseling to security personnel and take necessary initiative to improve their quality security services.
Follow up & Maintain vehicle movement, Periodic maintenance & required license updating.
Cost analysis of Transport effectively.
Monitor and ensure the leftover & wastage delivery.
Hospitality & Entertainment Management along with canteen & Dining.
Industrial Relations (IR). & dispute resolve.
Any other job assign by Top management
