Responsibilities & Context:
We are a 100% Export-Oriented Renowned Denim Top Bottom Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic, and analytic candidate for the post of "DGM (Sewing & Finishing).
Machine wise planning as per capacity and priority
Ensure Proper line balancing & confirm daily line-wise production target as per plan efficiency.
Maintain an excellent co-ordination with production and quality team & other production support team to ensure quality production & on time shipment.
Solid experience and knowledge of cut to ship process, machine, finishing, sewing production flow and testing methods.
Set daily/weekly/monthly production target and archive the shipment target ensuring the quality of standard.
Any related activities assigned by the General manager or Sr. Management.
Monitoring the finishing process in order to meet on-time shipment.
Must be aware of section’s capacity for different products in different processes. (ironing, visual checking, garment alteration, folding, packing).
Conduct thorough quality inspections to identify and address any defects before products are shipped.
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of finishing equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate is responsible to follow up daily production and finishing Capacity with the analysis from IE and meet up target as per planning.
