Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the plans and reach the target set by the Company.
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of apparels production of the factory as per the buyers' specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
∎ Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass and on time shipment.
∎ Coordinate all department for smooth Garments manufacturing.
∎ Closely monitor sewing and finishing get the best possible output along with give proper direction in the floor.
∎ Setup sewing line, check consumption, costing and inventory.
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing.
∎ Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
∎ Ensure complete task to make finished goods from raw materials.
∎ Always have to communicate with the merchandising team and solve every production issues related to merchandising.
∎ Achieve maximum production by cost minimization.
∎ Appointing and interviewing all production staff and their salary fixation.
∎ Guide IE team for increasing production.
∎ Giving feedback to garments Buyer and Buyer QC.
∎ Communicate with top management directly when needed.
∎ Supervise and manage the overall aspects of the Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and Quality department.
∎ Critical Balancing of lines as required by the styles and capable of utilizing operators to do multiple operations (processes) to complete the sewing.
∎ Experience in dealing with Buyers like- H&M, Primark, Penneys, Tema and Forever 21.
∎ Experienced to work with latest compliance system.
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.
∎ Improvement of existing products using optimized level of raw material.
∎ Waste reduction through training operators and work process improvement.
∎ Ensure the optimum productivity in accordance with the IE requirements.
∎ Preparation of periodical production performance reports for sharing with management.
∎ liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers.
∎ Ensuring production operations as per set SOPs.
∎ Lead and inspire team for better performance.
∎ Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes.
∎ Strictly have to follow labor laws, industrial safety, and social compliance and human rights standards in the department.
∎ Address employee concerns and complaints in professional manner.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which minimum 3 years in AGM (Production) / DGM (Production) Position.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in production, floor/ line management, quality control.
∎ Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments.
∎ Should be hard working, sincere & ready to work under pressure.
∎ Should be able to take calculative risk.
∎ Quick decision-making skill in any situation.
∎ Should be technically sound.
∎ Able to understand any fancy and critical product producing.
∎ Good judgment and have compromising mind set.
∎ Well-disciplined and productivity focused.
∎ Problem solver of all technical issue.
