∎ Training low-level managers and staff.
∎ Creating and managing budgets.

∎ Hiring employees.
∎ Evaluating performance and productivity.
∎ Analyzing accounting and financial data.
∎ Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
∎ Introduction to new buyers & markets.
∎ Generating reports and giving presentations.
∎ Quarterly sales forecasting.
∎ Responsibility in filling up factory capacity based on product capability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology. Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
