AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Hemayetpur, Savar and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for a skilled and experienced DGM for the Maintenance department.

Responsibilities :

• Should be scheduled / preventive / break-down maintenance of continuous process machineries such as Knitting, Dyeing, Dyeing Finishing, Washing and Printing Machines.

• Energy and Non-Manufacturing Maintenance Services: large scale machinery such as generator, electrical central control room & power capacity distribution, boiler, water cooling ventilation system, air compressor.

• He should experienced to troubleshoot of Pneumatic control, Relay control, Proximity & Magnetic switching control, & temperature control.

• Should be all breakdown maintenance’s promptly to minimize production loss & ensure maximum production as desired by the management.

• Planning and Design Cable laying and load calculation for New Floor or Building & Make Power Distribution of all Industrial machineries and design wiring diagram.

• He should Leads field Engineers and technician’s activities for Quality installation, timelines and management satisfaction.

• Should be Provides assistance to field Engineers and field installation personnel during site start-up and commissioning phase, both remotely from office and on management sites.

• Generates reports of conditions found during operation, maintenance and utility activities, notifies.

• Construction Management of significant problems and completes documentation necessary to attest to satisfactory completion for management.

• Should have strictly control maintenance personnel’s as like as Engineers, Operators, Foreman, Wielder, Duct Technician, Plumber, Fitter, Electrician, Mechanics and Helper.

• Keep very tight communication with Utility, Dyeing, Knitting, Store section to repair them machine right way when any machine gives trouble.

• Responsible for keep and maintain company policy about the replacement of any spare parts of machinery or any equipment.

• Must be good knowledge about BNBC, ACCORD, NFPA, and ELECTRICAL FIRE AND SAFETY.

• Should be sound knowledge about SLD, LPS, Thermal Scanning, and Earth Resistance & Insulation
