∎ Graduation in any discipline, LLB is preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and evaluate best suiatble lands for business expensaion upon consultation with regional and operational in-charges, and ensure purchase of lands in the most cost-effective ways
∎ Responsible for the entire process of land purchase and land registration (from pre-purchase to post-purchase)
∎ Ensure accurate recording of all land related data and timely renewal of various government licenses and taxes
∎ Ensure safety and security of all purchased lands of the company by providing required logistics supports through coordinating with regional and operational in-charges
∎ Establish and maintain effective working relationships and liaisons with Govt. Body, local authorities, local agents, land owners and local political/influential persons

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 - 12 years in land purchase; preferrably in real estate sector

Salary:
∎ Attractive package will be offered commensurate with experience & qualification.
