Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGD in HRM will get priority.
∎ Incase of exceptional knowledge, skills & experience educational qualification may be relaxed.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with Projects Head, Departmental Head and Managers within the company regarding Business Development, Operations, Logistics and report to the Top management accordingly.
∎ Developing and implementing an annual agenda for HR & Admin strategy in line with the business plan as well as ensuring HR & Admin plans to support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.
∎ Create and periodically review the HR policy and processes of the organizations and recommend suitable modifications.
∎ Assist group head of HR, Admin & operation to reach organizations mission & vision.
∎ The incumbent should have leadership skills to re-solve problem arises in day-to-day activities.
∎ Analysis risk and propose required precautionary actions.
∎ Create a better and healthy environment within the organization for work.
∎ Regularly visit Projects/ Branches / Field Offices to ensure proper monitoring and guideline.
∎ Review established schedules for all branches of Microfinance & Fisheries departments to ensure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
∎ Overseeing the fish Production activities. Providing high level of support to the staff to enable the fish culture to achieve the scheduled production target.
∎ Take initiative to carry out major plans and procedures formulated by the top management, consistent with established policies.
∎ Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
∎ Ensure the working progress, related problem solving, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads regarding the operation progress & business development activities as well as report to Managing Director respectively.
∎ Monitor operational performance of the business concern and suggest the ways to improve existing performance.
∎ Keep liaison with government body & regulatory authorities (RAB, Police, RAJUK, REB, DESCO, WASHA, MRA, DOE & EBRC).
∎ Possession of excellent time management skills. Able at deliver jobs as at when due.
∎ Excellent human relations skills. Able to work effectively with all members of the logistics team, getting them to perform optimally.
∎ Capable of taking right decisions to make the business profitable.
∎ To have adequate administrative capacity & controlling power.
∎ Must be flexible and enthusiastic person by nature with ability to work for long hour.
∎ Capable to handle stress & pressure.
∎ Knowledge of handling large Group including microfinance, real estate, aquaculture, hospital, universities will be as a special qualification.
∎ Able to take challenges with problem solving attitude.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Compensation / Benefits / Attendance / Leave Management, HR Admin Operation, General HR, HRIS / HR Database Management, Legal Compliance / Code of Conduct, Organization Development / Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ 10-15 years of operational experience in a Group of Company, NGO or other reputed organization, including minimum 1 year experience as related designation.
∎ Willing to visit & stay at project site
∎ Self-driven, good communication & leadership skill, innovative attitude, problem solving and decision-making skills with capability to work in teams
∎ Must be pro-active, self-motivated, and a good Team Leader
∎ Must have competency in Computer work in English & Bangali (MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Bijoy 52), E-mail and Internet.
∎ Candidates living near Uttara will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
