Responsibilities & Context:
For Cap factory: Supervise and coordinate production line operations to meet daily production targets.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations.
Monitor and maintain equipment functionality and production efficiency.
Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain departments.
Conduct regular safety and hygiene audits on the production floor.
Enforce company policies and procedures, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.
