• Comprehensive understanding of Industrial Engineering (IE), production planning, efficiency, variance, and quality management.

• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.

Job Context:

We are seeking skilled Senior Production Management professional to lead the production team of a large-scale woven garments unit. The designation will be determined based on skills and experience of the candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the production department and implement processes to improve efficiency.
• Plan, organize, direct, and oversee daily operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Supervise and monitor cutting, sewing, finishing, and other supporting departments, from line feeding to packing, to meet shipping targets with buyer-approved quality standards, on time, and in a cost-effective manner.
• Coordinate with the machine maintenance team to ensure the availability of suitable machinery before production begins.
• Address technical issues in manufacturing, identifying root causes from pre-production to post-production stages.
• Enhance production output, quality, and efficiency while minimizing unnecessary costs and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Provide clear direction, encouragement, and support to team members to meet the target.
• Develop systems and processes to track and optimize productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure an effective return on assets.
• Foster workforce development and motivation to achieve business goals.
• Lead initiatives in automation, innovation, and technological adaptation.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management
