Experience:

• 15 to 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery

• DVM / B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry / M.Sc. in Poultry Science.

• MBA will be an added advantage

• At least 3–5 years in senior managerial role.

• Strong knowledge in breeder, hatchery, and commercial layer management.

• Strong leadership & team management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent reporting and communication skills.

• Computer literacy (MS Office, farm management software)

Job Context:

KGS Farms, a sister concern of KGS Group, is engaged in Breeder, Hatchery, and Commercial Layer farming operations.

Job Responsibility:

• Oversee overall operations of Breeder, Hatchery, and Layer Farms

• Ensure production targets (DOC, egg production, hatchability, FCR, mortality control)

• Implement biosecurity and farm management protocols

• Monitor vaccination schedule, feed management, and flock health

• Supervise farm managers and technical teams

• Ensure compliance with company SOP and quality standards

• Budget planning and cost control

• Coordinate with Feed, Sales & Marketing, and Technical departments

• Prepare monthly operational reports for Management

• Mobile bill
