Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Textile Graduate / Apparels Fashions Technology Graduate

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to manage and handle 100 million USD business per year
∎ Capable of developing and handling world renowned buyers
∎ Needs to be creative to discover new market for export
∎ Strong ability to formulate and execute business plans aligned with company goals
∎ Need to have a strong knowledge regarding Textiles and Garments process.
∎ Identify new sourcing opportunities, and should be capable of new business development & promotion with new buyers
∎ Provide costing and pricing of the garments and complete negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices
∎ Needs to be creative regarding cost reduction
∎ Supervising and managing a team of professionals
∎ Strong ability on supply chain/backward linkage management.
∎ Complete order tracking from tech-pack receipt to shipment.
∎ Need to have the experience to work with ERP/SAP
∎ Must have proper knowledge to cope up with corporate culture & environment
∎ Capable of working independently under limited supervision
∎ Overall Management capacity of entire merchandising activities.
∎ Reporting directly to the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Knowledge on production process, quality assurance system and compliance.
∎ Strong merchandising skills
∎ Willing to undertake frequent foreign trips
∎ Must be sincere in information sharing & transparency.
∎ Strong communication abilities are a must criterion.
