∎ Bachelor's degree from any reputed university, LLB is preferred

∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a high profile with external property contacts by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with local authorities, local agents, land owners , Govt Body local influential and other stakeholders , in pursuit of opportunities for the company
∎ Identify and evaluate best suitable lands for business expansion upon consultation with management , and ensure purchase of lands in the most cost-effective ways
∎ Lead the entire process of land purchase and land registration (from pre-purchase to post-purchase)
∎ Take responsibility for all projects from initial site identification, through appraisal and approval, to the point of purchase
∎ Ensure accurate recording of all land related data and timely renewal of various government licenses and taxes
∎ Maintain all property documentations, land maps and usages record
∎ Ensure safety and security of all purchased lands of the company by providing required logistics supports through coordinating with regional and operational in-charges
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience : 12 - 15 years in land purchase
∎ The post holder will be expected to:
∎ have excellent rapport with land registration office and other relevant Govt. officials
∎ good in all litigation / court matters at all levels including courts / tribunals and High Court. Exposure to Writ Petitions & PIL will be an added advantage.
∎ have commercial acumen with knowledge in risk management principles.
∎ have agile approach to working and demonstrable examples that you are comfortable working in changing situations with fast pace
∎ have strong influencing, negotiation, persuasive skills.
∎ have excellent communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information
∎ good knowledge of other laws like contracts, specific relief and other industrial & labor laws.

∎ Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate
