Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ B. Sc in Textile Engineering (BUTEX) will be given extra priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have sound technical knowledge in knit dyeing & finishing.
∎ Properly understand buyers fabric requirements and deliver them within given time limitation with Quality.
∎ Monitor and ensure that the entire fabric Dyeing process is going good following SOP's.
∎ Must know the technical way to minimize fabric dyeing cost & process loss.
∎ Instruct team that which chemical dye formula/process be appropriate to create the right colour.
∎ Recommending any special finishes or treatments to be applied after the dyeing process.
∎ Monitor that the fabric inspection is going on in a systematic way following international way.
∎ Possess high degree of analytical ability on each and every dyeing finishing process.
∎ From planning to timely delivery with quality will be the responsibility of the respective incumbent.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should have the adequate job experience to run the Team.
∎ He should have good knowledge in Dyeing and Quality.
∎ Must have proven track of work at Knit sectors in a reputed Company.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have ability to accept the challenge
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
