• Masters degree in any discipline

• At least 10 years

• Age At least 36 years
• Only Male

• 05 -07 years as a managerial position in any group of companies·
• The applicants should have experience in any Agro based Food & Beverage Company·
• Must be conversant in English and Bengali language both in writing and speaking.
• Must be able to work under pressure

• Identify mission, vision & business objectives as per company's business goals.

• Business developments meeting, planning, target prepare & budgeting.

• Identify, create, and develop new market opportunities.

• Support and lead company products sales, growth and continuous cost & quality improvements in the business·

• Manage all sales related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels·

• Minimizes sales returns/damaged goods and short expiry goods by monitoring returns, developing a depletion plan and avoiding overstocking the points of sales·

• Responsible for transforming the operational efficiency in meeting the customer's expectation in terms of timely delivery, quality & satisfaction.

• To lead a team and make them same skilled to identify and solve any sort of problem.

• Maintains close contact & effective liaison with different govt./semi-govt./private organizations on various issues related to company's business.

• Promotes and develops sales and loyalty programs to meet or exceed goals.

• Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations and other related activities.

• Keep up-to-date with all organizational changes and business developments.

• Other duties as shall be required by the management.
