Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University
∎ Having B.Sc in Textile Engineering will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to lead, plan and develop of Knit Garments Production of a large concern of knit garments;
∎ Develop, integrate and lead day-to-day key production initiatives;
∎ Ensure accurate and optimum production of all garments within the scheduled time through production lines;
∎ Anticipate production problems and work proactively to resolve them prior to production;
∎ Coordinate with managers for smooth execution of apparels production in the factory as per the buyers specifications;
∎ Constantly guide the teams for ensuring high productivity and quality;
∎ Minimize consumption of resources - raw materials and energy and control wastage;
∎ Improve profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through integrated planning, information support and analysis;
∎ Update information on technical operations and cost parameters at every stage of the production process;
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine;
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all style;
∎ Conceive and promote company mission-vision oriented advance preparation to face negotiate any hurdles of future;
∎ Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experienced in relevant filed from any large knit garment industry;
∎ Should be energetic, dynamic and have strong leadership capability;
∎ Must be comfortable and conversant with compliance, quality control / work study, etc.;
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory;
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team;
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office;
