• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company,IT Enabled Service,Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

• Experience in CBS or Islamic CBS, FinTech Software Platforms, or regulated environments.

• Understanding of core banking system architecture.

• Certification in AWS, Azure, or RedHat is a plus.

• Knowledge of security best practices and DevSecOps principles.

Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Manage cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar) with a strong focus on high availability and redundancy.

• Provision, configure, and monitor servers, VMs, databases, and networks.

• Ensure system reliability, performance tuning, and capacity planning.

CI/CD, Automation, and IaC

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or similar tools.

• Automate system deployment, testing, and rollback strategies.

• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible to build and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure.

 DevSecOps & Compliance

• Apply system hardening practices and maintain patch management.

• Integrate security practices directly into the development and operations pipelines (DevSecOps).

• Monitor and respond to system and network security threats.

• Ensure compliance with ISO/ISMS and Islamic fintech regulatory frameworks.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Set up and maintain comprehensive monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Zabbix, ELK, etc.) to track application and system health.

• Troubleshoot production incidents, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.

Collaboration

• Work closely with development, QA, and support teams to ensure a reliable and secure release cycle.

• Document system procedures and provide L2/L3 support when necessary.
