Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage the DevOps team responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of software systems and applications.
∎ Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of the company's applications and infrastructure.
∎ Develop and implement processes and tools to automate the software development lifecycle, including build, test, and deployment processes.
∎ Collaborate with software development teams to ensure that development and deployment processes align with company standards and best practices.
∎ Manage the infrastructure and platform services for the company's cloud-based applications.
∎ Ensure security compliance and implement security best practices in all aspects of the company's infrastructure.
∎ Define and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of the DevOps team and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Participate in the hiring process and mentor team members to achieve their career goals.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends and evaluate their potential impact on the company's infrastructure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
∎ Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
∎ Expertise in configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
∎ Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
∎ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
