Or M.Sc / B.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Certification: PMP, Agile, Prince2 , ITIL will be added advantage

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:

• Manage, monitor and control the DevOps team for building, customizing and maintaining Enterprise level application.

• Oversee the recruitment and development of Software Engineers, Tester and Business analysts and provide mentorship.

• Estimate and plan DevOps monthly involvement effort and monitor and control the utilization

• Prepare and publish release calendar with DevOps, weekly team and project update.

• Communicate and coordinate with Higher management and product owners to baseline requirement and also to ensure delivery.

• Estimate effort and prepare Project plan and ensure end to end quality and delivery on time.

• Responsible for defining the System Development Lifecycle methodology and associated cross-functional tools to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.

• Interface with our internal/external customers to understand requirements, set priorities, and communicate direction and progress

• Own all operational metrics and support for your teams’ software.

• Drive improvements in software engineering practice.

• Set KPI’s for the team members and ensure the KPI target

• Define strategic decision regarding team management, application incident management, service request at live operations.

• Lead to achieve DevOps target and achievement.

• Project risk identification and mitigation proposal initiation.

• Vendor communication and management.
