We're Hiring: DevOps Engineer

Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas environments, including clustering and multi-tenant setups.

• Design, configure, and maintain Dockerized environments for scalable deployment.

• Set up and manage application servers and database servers on Linux-based systems.

• Deploy and maintain infrastructure using Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and delivery.

• Configure monitoring and alerting systems for performance and uptime tracking.

• Ensure server security, access control, and backup management.

• Manage infrastructure and deployment on DigitalOcean (experience required).

• Work with AWS services (experience is a plus).

• Collaborate with developers to streamline development-to-deployment workflows.
  
  
  Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 Years industry experience

• Strong foundation in Computer Networking

• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Mongo Atlas, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Proficient in Linux server setup, monitoring tools (like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar), and security best practices.

• Proven experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).

• Experience with DigitalOcean droplets, managed databases, and networking.

• Familiarity with AWS EC2, S3, RDS, or other cloud services is a plus.

• Excellent understanding of DevOps methodologies and automation tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
