Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong proficiency in Java & Kotlin
∎ Solid understanding of SOLID principles
∎ Proficient in XML layout design and Jetpack Compose
∎ Knowledge of deploying apps to the Google Play Store
∎ Good understanding of RabbitMQ for real-time communication
∎ Custom UI development with pixel-perfect design
∎ Skilled in Clean Architecture, MVVM, VMP, and MVP
∎ Experienced with libraries like Retrofit, Glide, Firebase, Room, Dagger/Hilt
∎ Strong in REST APIs, WebSockets, HTTP protocols, and caching
∎ Built real-time chat apps (Messenger/WhatsApp) using sockets or RabbitMQ
∎ Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features
∎ Work with APIs, real-time messaging, and backend services
∎ Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
∎ Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
∎ Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and trends
∎ Working knowledge of Node.js
∎ Good knowledge of Material Design guidelines
∎ Familiarity with MQTT or Firebase Realtime Database is a plus
∎ Experience with deployment automation (CI/CD) using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitrise, or Fastlane is a plus
∎ Quick adaptation of legecy codebase.
∎ Experience integrating Firebase or third-party chat SDKs
∎ Knowledge of Play Store deployment
∎ Understanding of push notifications and background services
∎ Key Requirements for Mid-Level Android Developer:
