Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, configure, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS.
∎ Performance, Security, and Compliance: Monitor system performance, reliability, and security; ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 through backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
∎ System Updates and Optimization: Manage updates, fixes, and enhancements to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance, leveraging automation tools to streamline workflows.
∎ Database Administration: Install, configure, and maintain database clusters to support high availability and performance.
∎ Documentation and Incident Response: Create and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and operational processes; participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support for critical issues.

∎ Metafour Asia is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic mid level DevOps Engineer to join our Software as a Service (SaaS) Operations team. We are seeking a proactive team member with a focus on Cloud Technologies, Information Security (InfoSec) and Compliance. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about cloud technologies, automation, and ensuring secure, compliant environments in dynamic settings.
