∎ Job Location: Panthapath, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage software development and operational support for applications developed at Nexdecade Technology (Pvt.) Ltd.
∎ Liaison with clients to define the scope of work, specifications, effort estimation and delivery timelines with milestones for client requirements.
∎ Formulate and document high level solutions based on existing features and functionalities and enhancements required.
∎ Co-ordinate and supervise the development activity between cross-functional teams including backend, mobile apps, web development, QA, operations, and others.
∎ Ensure on time and on budget delivery of commitments based on quality and performance while managing expectations, risks, complications, limitations, other issues in all areas of work.
∎ Collaborate with operations and clients to conclude user acceptance and production rollout.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven prior hands-on experience with software development.
∎ Solid concepts of basics like OOP, SOA, and system integration with third-party
∎ libraries and platforms.
∎ Successfully delivering mid-scale to large-scale projects for client.
∎ Excellent people, communication, and documentation skills.
∎ Good understanding of software design and development following industry
∎ standards and practices.
