Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience as a Full Stack Developer or Team Lead.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, and maintenance of the HRMS software application.
∎ To Develop, maintain, and improve software applications using Java programming, Spring Boot, and Angular framework.
∎ To Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
∎ To Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, including code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
∎ Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes within the team.
∎ Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall software design.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and actively share knowledge and insights with the team.
∎ Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of overall HRMS projects and effectively manage priorities and resources.
∎ Identify and mitigate risks and technical challenges during the development lifecycle.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Software Developer, with a strong focus on Java programming, Spring Boot, and Angular framework.
∎ Experience in leading and managing a team of software developers.
∎ Solid understanding of software development methodologies & Agile practices.
∎ Proficient in database management and SQL queries.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
