∎ B.Sc. in Fashion Design from reputed public or private university.
∎ Technical Skills:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research and develop seasonal collections based on global fashion trends, buyer mood boards, and market demand.
∎ Create original woven shirt/top designs with detailed sketching (manual or digital).
∎ Select appropriate fabrics, trims, washes, and styling details in line with buyer aesthetics.
∎ Prepare complete tech packs/spec sheets including measurements, construction details, fabric/trim selection, and colorways.
∎ Collaborate with the sample development and pattern teams to ensure accurate interpretation of design intent.
∎ Oversee development of Proto, Fit, and Salesman Samples (SMS), ensuring quality and aesthetics are maintained.
∎ Review and approve samples in coordination with buyers and the merchandising team.
∎ Interact with buyers’ design and technical teams for design presentations, sample review, and updates.
∎ Modify designs based on buyer comments and finalize selections for order confirmation.
∎ Conduct ongoing fashion trend research from fashion portals, exhibitions, runway shows, and buyer feedback.
∎ Maintain a strong understanding of global woven shirt markets (e.g., casual, formal, fashion-forward).
∎ Maintain design archives, sample libraries, and buyer-specific design histories.
∎ Support the merchandising and marketing team with catalogs, look-books, and presentations.

∎ To create innovative, trend-driven woven shirt and top designs that align with buyer expectations and market trends, and to support sample development and product presentations for international clients in the RMG export industry, we are looking a dynamic and responsible “Designer” for our Paramount Green Garments Ltd which is a sister concern of Paramount Group.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Garment Design & Concept Development:
∎ Research and develop seasonal collections based on global fashion trends, buyer mood boards, and market demand.
∎ Create original woven shirt/top designs with detailed sketching (manual or digital).
∎ Select appropriate fabrics, trims, washes, and styling details in line with buyer aesthetics.
∎ Technical Pack & Specification:
∎ Prepare complete tech packs/spec sheets including measurements, construction details, fabric/trim selection, and colorways.
