Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term·
∎ Planning and execution of all communications, including online and social media·
∎ Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities·
∎ Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action" and maintain product branding·
∎ Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items·
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs·
∎ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities·
∎ Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives·
∎ Overall responsibility for brand management and to enhance brand awareness, image and equity·
∎ Planning publicity strategies and campaigns·
∎ Dealing with inquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations·
∎ Organizing promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits·
∎ Any other tasks as designated by Head of Marketing, or the Employer
