Job Description:
To manage all procurement activities following proper regulations including quotations, tenders etc.
To develop and maintain a database of approved vendors and suppliers
To plan procurement in coordination with academic and administrative departments
To prepare regular procurement reports and maintain previous records for audit compliance
To forecast upcoming levels of demand and follow up accordingly
To lead the team, delegate responsibilities and provide training for better performance
To review and make amendment of standard operating procedure for the department in consultation with appropriate authority.
