Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree, preferably in Public Health (MPH) or other relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in program management, preferably field implementation of Maternal Health and Family Planning programs.
∎ Demonstrated experience of working closely with the government agencies, experience with MOH&FW is strongly preferred and experience of working with partners' team.
∎ Understanding of NGO and public sector and national health system issues is necessary.
∎ Effective presentation and communication skill in Bangla and English (verbal and written)
∎ Willingness to travel (at least 80% of time) in field areas
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
∎ Any certification course related to Maternal Health, Family Planning and/or Quality of Care will be an advantage
