Should have enough knowledge about machinery specially in concrete block making machinery.
Expertise in product development.
Very dynamic and hard working.
Responsibilities & Context:
To be Achieved target production (daily/ monthly) maintaining good quality blocks as per BTI Policy.
Monitoring factory all machine & machineries, all vehicles & all generators schedule maintenance, preventive maintenance properly to be done & ensured spare parts all time stock for emergency usage·
Excellent quality raw mixtures receiving properly as per Bti policy with properly measurement.
Maintaining ingredients mixture ratio during manufacturing blocks as per BTI policy.
Responsible for oil carrying from Pal CNG pump properly as per bti policy and daily consumption recorded for all Generator, Fork lift, wheel loader, trucks, crushing machine properly·
Encourage labors / workers by trained up with close monitoring for increasing the productivity.·
Monitoring blocks & CSB water curing systems to be done properly and ensured delivery accordingly.
Minimizing block wastage both of green blocks & finish blocks and green blocks to be recycled early in the same day to be reduces costing.·
Performing any job assigned by the senior management quickly to be done as per BTI policy·
Reporting monthly factory man power salary, overtime, Tiffin, fooding, mobile bill, fuel consumption, material consumption, OBM etc.
Material requisition if required for factory requirement and RS for billing as per factory requirement.
Handling labor, workers, machine, materials, vehicles & generators properly as per BTI policy.
Updating all ledger books daily properly as per BTI policy.
Monitoring factory housekeeping, safety, security maintain good environment properly as per BTI policy.
Monitoring daily production counting vs raw mixture consumption properly as per BTI Policy·
Monitoring monthly MIS report preparation and submission properly as per bti policy.
Worked with FRC audit team for physically stock inventory for blocks & raw mixtures and fixed assets of the factory.
To be strictly followed company policy, culture, mission, vision and core values.
