Job Context:
∎ The job responsibility involves looking after overall production of 30 lines of the factory.
∎ Must have experience working as Manager in Knit Garments Factory.
∎ Good to have- IE, Planning and Sewing experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve production target with buyer required quality standard.
∎ Increase production ensuring maximum utilization of resources and minimizing unnecessary cost.
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production and work to increase productivity.
∎ Supervise the entire production process & prepare the proper documentation as per ISO standards.
∎ Maintaining the quality of product as per customer and standards requirements.
∎ Achieve production target as per production plan to meet deadline.
∎ Responsible for enhancing workers' performance and skills.
∎ Identify and give solution to solve bottlenecks.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of garments, Good knowledge about the entire Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering & Quality Assurance Process as well as new Techniques of manufacturing.
∎ Evaluate performance of subordinates, disciplinary matters, necessary training needs to increase production capability.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Ensure new joiners are trained properly to maintain production capacity and quality.
∎ Increase efficiency and productivity by achieving all KPIs and ensuring factory compliance.
∎ Ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed.
∎ Ensure buyer audits meet the compliance and quality of operation and Local and international laws.
∎ Develop and establish SOP for all level of production activities.
∎ Supervising, leading and managing production process and employees to guide them for higher productivity along with keeping good relations with all staffs and sewers to ensure attendance.
∎ Responsible for maintaining floor Administration
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ At least 03 years' experience as Production manager.
∎ Must be ready to work extended hours as factory needed for shipment fulfillment

∎ Good Analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relationship
∎ Able to Work Under stress and multitasking ability
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system.
∎ Candidate have knowledge on 5s Framework, Six Sigma, kaizen, Social Compliance will have added preference.
